Return & Replacement Policy
1. General Overview
At Micro-Tek Electronics, we strive to provide high-quality spare parts. Due to the technical nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong item Shipped.
2. Defective Products (Dead on Arrival – DOA)
- Reporting Period: Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Reports made after this window will not be entertained as spare parts are susceptible to damage during installation.
- Video Requirement (Mandatory): To prevent fraudulent claims, we require an unboxing video and a clear video of the part being tested/installed. This is standard practice in the Indian spare parts industry.
3. Eligibility for Replacement To be eligible for a replacement, the part must:
- Be in its original condition with all warranty seals, stickers, and protective films intact.
- Not show signs of “Installation Damage” (e.g., solder marks, torn flex cables, or stripped screws).
- Be returned in the original brand packaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Parts damaged due to improper installation by the user.
- Items where the warranty seal has been tampered with.
- “Change of mind” returns once the part has been dispatched.
5. Reverse Logistics (India)
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to pin code availability).
- If reverse pickup is not available, the customer must courier the part back to our warehouse in [Your City, State]. Shipping costs will be reimbursed only if the defect is confirmed.
6. Resolution Upon receiving the defective part, our technical team will inspect it. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will:
If the part is out of stock, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Issue a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.
